Simple Steps to Boost Your Immunity

What Is the Link Between Inflammation and Immunity?

So many of you have asked me to talk about this and explain further the many links between the immune system and your inflammation levels.

How Do You Keep a Strong Immune System?

1/ KEEP CALM. Stress increases inflammation and cortisol levels. Cortisol levels trigger the activation of the sympathetic nervous system which in turn shuts down the digestive system and immune system. Healing my Autoimmune Condition – Sheerluxe Interview

Healing Turned Me into the Best Version of Myself

I was interviewed by the beautiful lifestyle magazine – Sheerluxe for their ‘Industry Experts’ Series. They asked about my lifestyle and fitness regime. You can click on the link at the bottom of the article to go straight to it, but I have included excerpts: ‘I haven’t always been healthy. In the past, I wanted to be healthy and have my body look a certain way, but I didn’t know or truly understand how to do it. I remember having oats for breakfast, thinking it was good for me when it wasn’t. My health issues forced me to stumble into this lifestyle* which also makes me look how I’ve always wanted. I did it to heal my autoimmune conditions.

The article contains personal healing tips, such as advocating for a fast walk, moderate low-inflammation workouts, and not doing strenuous stuff because it isn’t good for you.
